The CCRN comprises large, multi-disciplinary team of researchers, including over 40 investigators and over 150 (past & present) students and post-doctoral fellows from 8 Canadian universities and 4 federal government agencies. International collaboration includes 18 scientists from Germany, France, the U.S., U.K., and China. We are linked to the World Climate Research Programme's (WCRP) Global Water and Energy Exchanges (GEWEX) and Climate and Cryosphere (CliC) projects, the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) initiative, the U.S. National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and more.
The managerial and governance structure of the CCRN consists of a Scientific Committee (SC), Board of Directors (BoD), International Advisory Panel (IAP), and Secretariat, and is organized as shown in the figure below.
