Modelling Workshop

(National Hydrology Research Centre, Saskatoon, SK, September 15-16, 2014)

A two-day workshop, attended by 45 people, was held 15-16 September 2014 at the National Hydrology Research Centre in Saskatoon, SK, with the purpose to share expertise and experience, and focus our programmes of model analysis, development, and implementation among each of CCRN’s Themes B, C, and D. This workshop was useful for revealing strengths and weaknesses (and hence priorities for future work) in the performance of various models, and these stimulated useful discussions on how best to proceed and where to focus our efforts. This positioned the group well for the upcoming CCRN annual general meeting, with many of the key issues flagged ahead of time and future priorities identified.
